The BAE Systems Support Solutions (S2) sector provides readiness and sustainment, and operations support across the land, aviation, maritime, and C4ISR support domains. S2’s key capabilities include platform and systems integration; maintenance and modernization; stability and support operations; facilities operations; and support to systems design and engineering.
With more than 12,000 employees, S2 supports a range of customers, primarily at the U.S. Department of Defense and other federal agencies. S2’s readiness and sustainment business focuses on growing customer needs for through-life platform support. This sector is also a leading non-nuclear ship repair, modernization, and conversion company, serving the U.S. Navy and other maritime customers.
