Using templates and briefing correctly

Templates are provided in InDesign and Quark Xpress at the approved formats, and has
the correct fonts, colours, grids, and Logo position embedded. Make sure that your agency
or designer have access to the Brand Standards and templates, and a knowledge of our strategy and values to enable them to use them correctly, as any materials that are off brand can be withdrawn.

Copyright and legal clearance

A generic copyright statement is included in relevant templates - simply amend the year. If a different statement is required, modify or replace this with your own, remembering that
"BAE SYSTEMS is a registered trademark" is compulsory. It can be placed in any suitable or relevant position. It is the responsibility of the person submitting the item to ensure they have all the required legal clearance and that the content is approved.
