Integrated Vehicle Health Management
Building upon 15 years of extensive experience, we are developing new systems to provide around the clock healthcheck capability for military vehicles.
The new Integrated Vehicle Health Management (IVHM) systems join together a chain of maintenance and support modules for military vehicles. IVHM provides operators, mission commanders and maintenance personnel with a constantly updated picture of status and availability of assets. Able to monitor the use of military vehicles, detect faults before they cause damage and avoid unnecessary maintenance, IVHM is already enabling support ranging from the Bradley Fighting Vehicles diagnostics and maintenance systems, to the health management systems of Typhoon.

UK Hawk Integrated Operational Support
BAE Systems is ensuring that the UK's fleet of 131 Hawk TMk1 training aircraft are "available for sorties" for the Royal Navy (RN) and Royal Air Force (RAF).
The contract with the UK MOD broke new ground with forward operations (i.e. flight line) being directly supported by BAE Systems. The MOD has recognised that contract will generate savings to the UK taxpayer of £18 million compared to previous support arrangements for the Hawk TMk1 fleet.
Four Hawk operating bases in the UK, RAF Valley, RAF Leeming, RNAS (Royal Naval Air Station) Culdrose and RNAS Yeovilton, are supported directly by BAE Systems. The support service at these stations provides fleet and supply chain management, forward and depth maintenance, and technical support. In addition, a spares availability service is provided at RAF Scampton to the RAF Aerobatics Team, the Red Arrows, and the MOD's testing and evaluation site.
